These Terms of Service govern your use of the Navoday Taxi Service website and the booking of any taxi, tour package or corporate transport service offered by Navoday Group.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or booking a ride, tour package or corporate transport service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Bookings & confirmation

Submitting a booking or enquiry form does not automatically guarantee a vehicle. All bookings are confirmed only after our team contacts you by phone, WhatsApp or email. Vehicle and driver assignment are subject to availability.

Pricing & fares

Fare estimates shown on our website (including on the homepage, vehicle pages and tour package pages) are approximate, based on standard distance and vehicle-type rates. Final fares may vary based on actual distance, waiting time, tolls, parking, route conditions and are confirmed by our team or negotiated directly with the driver/vehicle owner before or during the trip.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed (such as for corporate contracts), payment is typically collected directly by the driver at the end of the trip. We do not require advance payment for most standard bookings.

Cancellations & changes

You may cancel or modify a booking free of charge by contacting us as early as possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking priority. For tour packages and outstation trips, cancellation terms may vary and will be communicated at the time of confirmation.

Tour packages

Tour package itineraries, inclusions and exclusions listed on our website are indicative. Actual itinerary timing may vary due to weather, traffic, local closures or guest preference. Entry tickets, meals, hotel stays and activity charges are excluded unless explicitly stated as included.

Vehicle & driver conduct

We aim to provide clean, well-maintained vehicles and verified, courteous drivers. If you experience any issue during your trip, please report it to us as soon as possible so we can address it.

Liability

While we take reasonable care in selecting vehicles and drivers, Navoday Taxi Service is not liable for delays, losses or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures or acts of third parties.

Corporate agreements

Corporate and monthly-contract clients are governed by the specific terms agreed in their individual service agreement, which take precedence over these general terms where applicable.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
